Artak Nazaryan’s Mother Handed Open Letter to Fule
Hasmik Hovhannisyan, the mother of Artak Nazaryan, a non-combat victim, handed her open letter to the European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule in front of the House of Government.
Stefan Fule and his delegation stopped for a few minutes in front of the House of Government and talked to the parents of non-combat victims. The parents say when Fule was told that Armenian soldiers get killed not only by the enemy but also their fellow conscripts, he was surprised.
